Rovin 12V Portable Ceiling Fan with Cigarette Plug

We’ve all been somewhere beautiful with the summer sun beating down, when the air is stiflingly still. When entertaining or trying to relax in your caravan, camper, or outdoor patio area, this can be a real thorn in your comfortable side. This fan simply hangs on an existing hook, and connects to 12V power using the 3m lead to cigarette lighter plug. It will then provide air circulation and keep you cooler! Of course, care should be taken to ensure the power cable is secured and cannot tangle in the blades. The fan should also be mounted well away from people or objects, and high enough that someone cannot accidentally walk into it while it is in operation.

Features:
- 12V Operation
- No Permanent Installation Required
- Hangs Up In Seconds

12 V fan

RhondaDecember 2025

I have bought three of these fans. And all make a horrific noise very irritating. Sometimes it goes quiet and runs beautifully but then goes back to a horrible sound. I will never buy another one. But they put out a lot of air very good at being a fan, if you can put up with the noise.

Fan-tastic

MimiFebruary 2025

Powerful fan in a small area, only drawback is the whine but I knew that from other reviews. For what it does the whine is easy to put up with. Would be nice to have a speed controller on it but as a basic fan it works very well

NOISY

AussieCowboyJuly 2025

Unfortunately the fan is very noisy, not something you could hang over your bed or be close to because of the loud humming, shame as it did give good airflow and the size is good. Will return it.
