More convenient than a watch, this smart ring will easily monitor your sleep, daily activity, heart rate, blood oxygen and up to 24 different workouts through the free DaRings app, which connects to Strava & Apple health monitoring. The ring battery lasts up to 5 days, and the case provides additional charges up to a month of cable free charging. The battery only takes up to 90 minutes to charge so you'll never be without it for long. When it's time to charge, a 60cm USB-A charging cable is included to charge the ring, and a USB-A to USB-C cable can be used to charge the case (not included).

Sizing:
This ring size is medium (19.9mm inside diameter), which is equivalent to AU/NZ "T 1/2" or US "10" sizes. Sizing kits are available in stores, or can be 3D printed via the file located in the "Downloads" tab below.

Comparing Samsung and Smart rings, Smart ring wins
I bought this Smart ring first, then bought a Samsung ring because I felt the price difference would mean better quality (this is wrong). Although this ring is nearly 10% the price of the Samsung ring it is metal and feels more premium than the Samsung ring which may be lighter but feels like plastic (I think the platinum name Samsung uses is just a name of the colour not the material). Samsung ring has 3 bumps which feel uncomfortable and I don't like to wear it and even though both rings are the same size, with the Smart ring being smooth on the inside it is significantly more comfortable especially when going for a 4km walk where hands will swell a little. One ring on each hand, the Smart ring feels better, is more comfortable with no uncomfortable bumps on the inside. I'm gifting the Samsung ring and keeping the Smart ring. I also love that the software download has 3D printer files so you can print to see which one fits best. I printed for my kids, if they wear it every day and don't lose it for a week I'm buying each of my children rings. I hope Jaycar doesn't discontinue the product. The only thing I wish is that the daring app would share information to google fit like it does apple fit.
