Dud batteries

Bought 2 of these batteries from my local Jaycar store and was sceptical of the bad reviews. I asked the salesman in store and he said he hasn't heard anything bad about these batteries. Well bought 2 in November 2025 for 2 different watches. One a Citizen and one a Seiko. Both batteries in the watches died in February 2026. These batteries are duds. Do not buy.

Selling expired/low-voltage batteries

Purchased one of these Tuesday 11 March from the Elizabeth SA store. Right out of the packet, the battery measured 1.4V instead of 1.55 or 1.6. Two days later the watch I placed it in is already signaling the battery is low and is losing time.

Really good battery

Truly the greatest battery I've ever owned. Would buy again.

Do not buy!!!

Purchased 11/10/26. Lasted one day. Measured it on removal - 1.05V instead of 1.55V. Cannot have been good when I bought it. And who keep receipts for a $3 purchase!! Eclipse brand, date code 03-2028.

Check the voltage

Opened a new battery to fit to my watch. (use by) date 04-2026. Voltage measure 1.16v. Rubbish, but that's why they cost me $3.50 and not $9 for a quality brand.

No good

I tried these in a Seiko LCD watch. One lasted 13 days I replaced it with another it lasted a day. I threw the rest in the bin.
