Problem with the legs

HfnchMarch 2026

Cant stand any wind, how the legs attach to the frame of the solar panel is very flimsy as so the wind catches the panel and it goes falling over. And the wiring looks thrown together, not sure I should be able to see the coloured insulation outside of the connector block

Good value for money.

As this does not have a regulator a good one makes a huge difference. Connected with a Victron 100/30 and getting 235watts. Tested with a (fluke) tong meter.

They’re okay, but 250w is dreaming.

jonnykJuly 2024

They’re okay but output hasn’t yet exceeded 80watts - a long way from the 250w advertised. Also, the wiring passes through stuffing glands but they’ve trimmed the outer cable sheath too long so it’s just the inner wires passing through the stuffing gland loosely.

Questionable

Trev25November 2025

I got one yesterday. The legs are dodgy and it's only 200 w not 250 as advertised, l can get 170 w tops out of it.
