In full afternoon sun (angled to point directly at it, with no shadow fall onto the surface) I have not seen this panel deliver more than 62w, not even half of what it is rated to. This was directly out of the box and attached to an $1800 power pack (so I trust it's monitoring of the output). Additionally... the panel is made up of an array of 4 * 8 cells. If you have a shadow crossing the panel on the short axis and covering a single line of these cells (so covering less than 1/8th the area) then the output will drop to 5 - 10w, if it's covering more than that you'll be lucky to get anything. As I said, this was new out of the box, and there's no obvious damage to the panel, so I can only surmise that it's just poor quality. Don't waste your time, get a different brand.

I have put many of these panels as i fit them as part of my business. I have found them very reliable and have tested with Victron mppt to produce more power than stated on the box. I continue to use these for customers.
