Jaycar

Keep your electronics, models and other delicate objects clean and free of dust with this lightweight 2-in-1 air duster and vacuum. The powerful high-speed motor provides an impressive amount of suction, three different attachments help get dust from tricky edges and hard-to-reach places, and an internal washable dust filter catches even the finest of particles. A simple twist toggles the dust blowing mode, which is great to remove dust from places that the suction attachments can’t reach, such as CPU fans, delicate models, etc.

The internal high-capacity battery provides over an hour of regular use. To charge, simply connect to a USB power source using the supplied 1m Type-A to Type-C USB charging lead. A USB port with Power Delivery or Quick Charge™ technology will speed up the charge time. Other features include an LED power display, an economy and max power switch, and one-click empty.

Extremely Dissapointing

JJMEApril 2026

Purchased this for my Computer Repair Business. Unit is just ok. First frustration is with the on/off button, once in operation it is very easy to shut it off, you have to change your grip with it, otherwise you have to go through the tedious start up procedure by holding the button down. Due to flimsy nature of the dust capsule, you have to be careful when vacuuming that you dont apply to much pressure with the brush attachment otherwise the lid flys open. Had the unit now for approx 18 months and now the battery does not hold charge and is unusable.

Bad product

CheekyoziJune 2026

I bought this rechargeable air duster/vacuum to help maintain my Bambu 3D printer. Since Jaycar is only a short walk from my house and has been around for many years, I felt comfortable giving it a try, especially with the 30% discount. Unfortunately, I bought it without checking the reviews first, and that turned out to be a mistake. When I unpacked the unit, it showed 0% battery charge, which immediately concerned me. I plugged it in and left it charging overnight. After seven hours it had only reached 4%, and after 19 hours it was still only at 21%. At that rate, a full charge would take close to 100 hours, which is obviously not acceptable. The next morning I returned it for a refund. I chose not to exchange it because I don't believe this was simply a one-off issue. The product already has a low average rating of around 2.9 stars, and at least one other reviewer reported similar charging problems. To Jaycar's credit, the refund process was excellent. They accepted the return without any argument or pressure to exchange it, and I appreciate that. I still think Jaycar sells plenty of reliable products, and I'll continue shopping there for electronics and accessories. However, based on my experience, I would be very cautious about this particular rechargeable air duster/vacuum. My advice is to read the reviews first and compare some of the better-rated alternatives available online. A brand-new rechargeable product arriving at 0% charge and reaching only 21% after 19 hours of charging simply doesn't inspire confidence. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Loose filter -> premature motor failure

BblownawayJuly 2026

Update on my earlier review; as predicted the motor bearings/bushes have just got noisy, presumably failing, most likely due to dust finding it's way around the edges of the filter before I found a way to better seal it. If you do buy one (I would not recommend it) find a way to prevent this before you use the vac function. Very disappointing, such a basic design flaw causing premature failure.

Rechargeable Air duster/vacuum

Monkey D LuffyJanuary 2024

I brought this a year or so ago, it works really well but, mine seems to have the occasional battery issue, it would be full charge and then when I turn it on and put it on high it turns off and is completely flat.

Good but not great

MainlanderJanuary 2025

Brought as a blower unit, does the job well, 2 fan speeds. I dislike the controls, it takes about 5s to start the fan by holding down on the button. The vacuum is not very powerful but handy and does work especially if using the accessory it comes with. Decent battery and run times, make sure you have a USB C fast charger, as one is not included and takes a while to charge. Buy it when it's on sale.

Didn't work

JeffDecember 2024

Wouldn't hold a charge out of the box. Tried a replacement in store and that wouldn't charge either.

good blower but weak vacuum

January 2024

the blower on this is nice and good for getting dust out of hard to reach places, I also like the display that shows a battery percentage, however the vacuum is fairly weak and doesn't do a very good picking up dust. The dust compartment is also fairly small and it is quite difficult to remove/replace the air filter.

great for car detailing

johnJanuary 2024

Use it to detail my car regularly and works well. Battery needs longer run time and vacuum could be more powerful as doesn't pick up all the dirt. the blower is a nice feature for cleaning out the airvents and tight places
