Great Economical Handheld Thermal Camera

Jason BJanuary 2024

This handheld camera is built well for the consumer, although a lower resolution the lens is clear as well as the LCD on the rear, different temps are well defined with multiple options for colours. Battery life is very good and USB-C for charging is very convenient. I have been recommending these to my Caravan and RV manufacturers to find water leaks in vans, this is speeding up the process thus reducing costs to not only our customer but also the end user.

Great device for the money.

Great unit for the price. The only reason I give it 4 stars is only about the screen size, if it were only about 30% larger it would be a five for me. It operates wonderfully, has all the functions “I” need. Its compact size means it can be toted around rather than luged around. My example of how I like this camera? I work with composites, there are situations with epoxy that are effected by heat, in subtle ways. This camera gives you instant answers to hot spots, possible exotherming, and if using heat in the curring process, again instant results. I’m certain that just about everyone out there could use one of these. And compared to other models available this is a great value.
