Not happy so far.

Groom.January 2025

Still trying to get this working. Installation isn't too dissimilar to other dash cams, but the product isn't well thought out. Issues I came across: knob on the mount interfered with the USB plug, so I removed and changed it to the other side. The connectors to the camera are 90-degree connectors, I see no need for this since both insert into the top of the camera from the roof lining, also trying to feed 90-degree connectors through trim gaps and holes is a pain, and if you need to drill holes you need to drill twice the size you would need to if they weren't angled. Keep getting messages on the camera to format SD card, even a brand new one, still working on this. Micro SD v10 has been phased out, I found the last one in town a 64GB, but unable to get it to work so far. The user manual is missing so much required information. For example red wire on the rear camera, but nothing in the manual on where to wire to. Not sure if there is a setting in the menu as I haven't been able to find one yet, but the reverse camera parking overlay is on at all times no matter what camera you have on screen. Hopefully, it all works once I get an SD card to work in it, I will update this at a later stage.

DO NOT PURCHASE

I would give this zero stars if I could. I bought this about 8 months ago. The rear camera only worked for the first week. Now it randomly turns on maybe once a month. Four times I've tried to retrieve footage and have never been successful in get anything worthwhile. The image quality is poor and shaky due to the fixture on the mount. Only records random footage, not continuous. Twice the records aren't there at all, only a LOST.DIR. Not worth the money the manual was printed on!

Not worth the money

Parking mode has never worked. Battery will only turn on when car engine is turned on. Battery will not stay charged.

Buy This And You Will Return it!

My review is the same as the others. I get low-function products for a low price, but this simply does not work as it's supposed to. Even when I'm packing it up to return to the store, it keeps turning on and off.
