Poor quality, pay more for better

Random in ChristchurchMay 2026

Had this a few months but only now had reason to check some recording, very poor quality camera, cannot read rego plates, total waste of money, sure its entry level but if you cannot use it as needed..... other issues with file naming but pointless explanning all of that.

WORKS JUST FINE

PhikingfilMay 2026

Have had this Dash Cam for 6 months and it works just as it says. Given the amount of 'bad' driving going on in NZ and the amount of old people driving around on pharmaceutical drugs (who shouldn't be) then I think it is a required piece of tech these days. It is entry level but that is all a personal driver needs. If I had a 'commercial vehicle' I would get a better one with all-round vision.
