Good camera for the price
I bought this 2 years ago and it has never let me down. Works well every time and I would have given it a 5 * rating but for the antenna. Don't get me wrong it is still working but it is corroding around the screw in connector attaches. I little sealant fixes this. Picture is good and it connects easily. Don't lose the instructions if you change the router ha ha

Awesome
Brought this ptz a year ago, it hasn't missed a beat. It's outside under the carport, live near the beach and no corrosion. Other ptz I got on the internet failed very quickly. I'm so impressed with this camera that I'm heading into the store to buy another one.
Very Disappointing
Very disappointed with this product. Managed to get it working initially but the resolution was terrible and the connection unreliable. Still pans and beeps but after a day it stopped working and now wont connect to WIFI despite exhaustive attempts. Even tried to bring it inside in the same room as the router/modem but would not connect. I notice that other reviewers have had no problems. Sounds like the connection process should be more robust! Suspect that I have wasted my money.

Don't buy it.
We bought this today and its an absolute piece of junk. No instructions. Online instruction is only for the app. We tried to put the SD card in and it falls into the body of the camera. Second one did the same. Tried the chat help on the included card and they want $66 a month to talk to you. Its definitely going back to the store.
Not wireless as stated. still requires power to be wired to camera.
