A couple of irritating issues; one dangerous issue

Trialled for review and feedback. Left feeling disappointed. A couple of irritating issues. One dangerous experience that took me by surprise. Irritating: 1. Signal dropped just after I started driving, then picked up again, app had to guess that I drove from home to Mawson Shops. 2. I left the shops about an hour later, and according to the app my car remained at Mawson for 4 hours. 3. The device can't get a signal if it's plugged directly into the car, because it doesn’t face the sky. Dangerous: 4. The device was plugged in using the cable, and at 80km/h it fell down, landed on my right foot and went behind my gas pedal. I'm just relieved it kept away from my brake pedal.

Awesome Product!

Picked up some time ago, but only installed last week. I had put off the installation thinking it was going to be more involved than it actually was.... The included OBD splitter cable made the installation a breeze, literally plug and play! It took longer to find the clips to open up the dash than it took to plug it in and download the app...all done in <15mins. The app makes it easy to allocate trips as personal or business (handy for tax purposes) and it gives excellent peace of mind knowing exactly where my car is.

Costly and Unreliable

I received one of these trackers to review and give feedback and from day one of installing it, I have had issues. Constant signal dropout while driving, suddenly "locating" me in Sydney, meaning I cannot utilize the Trip function. Same goes for when the car is stationary, it will show a location wildly different from where my vehicle currently is located. Only thing I will give credit for is that it was easy to install and connect to app, but for the price you pay, plus the subscription fee, give it a miss.

Rubbish Equipment

I was asked to test thus product and review... This unit is unreliable and basicalky usless for the use it was intended... its drops in and out, doesn't record trips in there entirety, or at all, marks your position in different countries. It hangs down dangerously low from my cars OBD port, easily knocked and port damaged. I can not recommend this product at all and if I could leave a no raiting star I would!

Peace of mind!

I have this product in my car already for few months. It is nice to have, reliable It is plug and play, easy to use. It always tells where I am. It registers whatever I do. When the car turned on or turned off, idling or moving. And I always tend to remind myself that there is a tracker in my car with my speed recorded. I can download trips to my phone as PDF or XLS

Easiest install and setup

Very easy to install and setup, connected to the app simply by scanning the QR code on the unit. Due to the placement of my OBDII port I had to get a different adaptor but that was an easy fix/
