This precision metal heatsink case is so well made; it really needs to be marvelled at.
It consists of two machined halves, one ½ fitted with two tiny heat extraction fans. Metal pads (part of the upper fan heatsink) are meant to touch the top of the processors to draw heat directly from them via thermal pads supplied. There is no better way to do this. The fans draw heat away from the pads.
The Raspberry Pi® 4 can run hot at high processing speeds and this unit is the ideal way to fix this. The Pi 4 basically clamps inside the heatsink, leaving all connections free to connect to the outside world. Basically is the same foot print of the Pi 4.

Great case, not so great fans.
Feels really solid and is doing well enough, but I don't think the fans like being mounted vertically. I've got it mounted on the wall of a case. Within 2 weeks the ball bearings in one of the fans has failed and now it makes either a grinding noise, or a slipping noise. The fan still spins, it's just really noisy, if I still had the receipt I would probably get it exchanged as it's only one of the two fans.
