This personal breathalyser uses an internal fuel cell to measure alcohol in your breath, which is one of the more accurate ways to test. Testing is simple, and blood alcohol is presented as a percentage on the backlit LCD display. Of course, all measurements are an indication only and you should only use them as a guide. The safest blood alcohol to drive with is zero. Features include a breath sample flow check, memory of the last 16 results, cumulative test counter, and a sensor self-diagnostic system. Just one AA battery is required for power (Included). An auto-off function extends battery life, and a battery low indicator reminds you when its time to change the battery. Mouthpieces are supplied, and a pack of six (QM7321) can be purchased separately.

ok as a monitoring tool, but almost got me fired. Gave me a zero reading, and luckily I did a second self test at work before my mandatory test, otherwise I would not have a job anymore. There is no indication that it meets australian standards and you wont find any information about the manufacturer online. Im willing to pay a bit more.

Wish I had read reviews first!! Totally inaccurate. I am aware it has three different reading settings but all were inaccurate. Compared to multiple other breathalysers at the time and waaaay off. Jaycar kindly refunded me.

As everyone else said its accuracy is less desirable. But generally okay as a yes or no result. Actually 0.00 means I’m under 0.02. This is handy in my circumstances considering high end products are over $700
