I have had it a few days and printed everything really well.
Can't Get Parts
I brought this about 4 weeks ago, after about a week the nozzle jammed up. I attempted to change the nozzle with the spare one, this is not a simple process with very little instructions available. In the process some wires came lose, no idea where they came from, my mistake, So I attempted to buy a replacement filament kit. Jarcar said they couldn't get any till June (3 month away at the time). I purchased one directly from the Elegoo website and then received a message out of stock and they refunded the money. I then managed to get one from China which took 3 weeks and it doesn't fit because it is for the old model that had a pin connector not the one I brought which has a USB 3 Connecter. So now I have a very expensive paper weight taking up half my office. Not Happy
Every print lifted
Constantly resets it z offset resulting in print fails. Not worth the money.
Confused
I purchased an Elegoo Neptune 4, 6 weeks ago from Jaycar on line. I decided to purchase another one and found Jaycar Murray Bridge had them in stock. My first Printer had a blockage so i went to relace the nozzle. I found that the nozzles are different ???? from the second one i purchased. The cable to each printer is different. ??? Is there a change in this model and how do i order spare parts
good quality prints
only had it set up and running for a few days but so fat its been smooth with no issue, the set up was a little more involved that some other printers but with the included USB with a video tutorial on set up it was up and going in under an hour.

I bought this printer awhile ago and aside for a few user errors its been the perfect printer for me, considering the price its defiantly a good way to start 3d printing if you wanna get started
