RUN OUT MODEL - RING LOCAL STORE

This filamant is from a recognised manufacturer and is so cheap you can use it for everyday Protoyping without breaking the bank.

It is PLA so will not run well at high speeds but is well suited to slower speed printing.

Creality Ender-PLA filaments are suitable to use on your FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer with little to no change to your regular PLA settings.

PLA (modified PolyLactic Acid) is extracted and purified from corn grain for an environmentally friendly composition. It is low odour and users report a slight, sweet aroma while printing.

Smashing bang for buck

drabJuly 2025

I'm new to 3d printing so take my review with a grain of salt. This was my first filament on a Sovol SV06 Plus ACE. Went through this 1kg roll quickly and have had absolutely no issues printing with it. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars it because out of the 3 I have bought (1 black, 2 white), the filament isn't dry despite being vacuum sealed with a silica gel packet (I put them in a container with a moisture sensor reading around 40% RH which is okay for PLA anyway) . Ensure you take into account having to dry it before use :) I think it's an absolute steal and will continue grabbing more rolls when they come on sale

Cheap filament but the spool is an issue

WeedsJune 2025

I am on my second roll of this filament. While it is a cheaper filament and doe a good job for prints I have found that the thin cheap plastic spools that hold this filament are often warped and are too weak to hold the weight of the 1kg of filament and can cause issues if used in an AMS, ACE/multi material system like those found on Bambu lab and Anycubic printers. The thin spool is not able to be rotated very easily by these systems and can cause loading issues and possibly burn out motors. Using this filament on an external spool holder works fine and should be considered.

Fantastic for the price

SquidacusJanuary 2025

Fantastic filament for the price, I was pleasantly surprised with how good this filament is for the cost. I was told by the staff that its recommended for and ender 3 v3 with a printing speed of 150mm/s I own a k1 with a Micro Swiss Flowtech hot end upgrade and I can get fantastic prints at 300mm/s. its no hyper series PLA in terms of speed and quality and it does absorb moisture fairly easily so I would recommend a dryer if you plan on storing it but for the price i have zero complaints.

Excellent filament for the price.

Have gone through 3 rolls of this so far on both of my K1Cs. Prints fantastically, and it's readily available at a good price. Zero issues with bed adhesion or stringing. First layer bed temp of 70 and nozzle temp of 220, then 60 and 210 for the rest of the print, with speeds per the standard Creality slicer settings seems to be the sweet spot.

Better than I expected

MartinRJuly 2025

I bought this from the Hobart store only to be quietly surprised at how good it was. I ran it in one of my Bambu Lab printers at quit high speeds and had no trouble, this was a comparison print with Bambu Lab PLA, (same part). The guy in store explained it was a prototyping PLA, but I will use it for a lot of cosmetic print for my 737 cockpit build. Most of those prints will not be touch after installation and will be painted anyway.

Good solid filament at a decent price.

Overall this filament is good for as the name suggests prototyping designs, however if left out for a while it can become very stringy and will need to be put into a dry box/dehumidifier.
