No audio output.
No audio output, just hum. Set to HDMI 1.4 with video from a Panasonic DP-UB150 player .
Ok, but has an anoying bug.
will work great for most of the time. then all of a sudden it will go silent when there is soft music or background sounds , then spark up again for the vox or louder parts of the sound track. We've tried new cables etc, but to no avail. If your listening to a music video or watching a loud action movie it works fine. it's only the quieter passages where it fails, and then only some times.

The fact that audio and video can be split is definitely handy and helpful, But the audio quality isnt quite as good as if it were not split... gets the needed job done
An expensive purchase
On Thursday 4th December 2025 I bought this so I can connect my Logitech Z607 Speakers to the Samsung S27A950 3D Monitor so I can watch surround sound in 3D.
Works for Console
Used it to extract audio to my amplifier from my console and it worked great.
