Voice Feature is broken

TheodoreAugust 2025

I purchased this in early 2022 mainly for the voice assist feature. After reading the instructions, I discovered that the Alexa Skill required for this to work does not exist. Nor does the alternate iOS app. I contacted Concord who confirmed that the skill and app does not exist but they are "working with developer to add skill but issues arise". As of August 2025, the skill and app still don't appear to exist. It does however still work as a standard HDMI switch using the provided remote or button on the device.
