A solderless breadboard is the easiest way to quickly set up a prototype circuit for testing and modification. The components simply slide in and out of the spring loaded holes, so there are no issues when trying to get exactly the right resistor or capacitor in a tuned circuit for example.

Don't bother
I bought the Duinotech version being sold under the same product number. Absolute garbage, especially when compared to one I bought for around the same price with double the breadboard. Not even the feet stuck to the steel plate. Not one. I had to use my own double sided tape to attach them. It may be an okay deal at half the price, but as it stands, if you have a choice between this and nothing, choose nothing.
