Waterproof automotive connectors commonly used on many modern cars for wiring connections within the engine bay and other areas that are exposed to moisture. Agree with the other reviewer. Appears to be waterproof but too early to be certain. Picture in printed catalogue and website does not match actual product, which is probably an improved version. I made an irretrievable mistake when assembling because I made incorrect assumptions, and no instructions are included. Good and durable

Have been using these for some time in cockpit of boat, holding up well. One improvement would be to include a link to assembly instructions as it can be confusing what the correct way is to assemble the seals etc.
