Has potential

LudoJuly 2025

Works well with Arduino UNO board, serial monitor output below. With two of these, one inside one out, could make an Temp Inside / Outside display. I can't (yet) get it working with Arduino Nano ESP32. The ESP32 does not find it, Serial Monitor only has "No more addresses.", the same as if the module was not connected. ======================================== // OneWire DS18S20, DS18B20, DS1822 Temperature Example ROM = 28 A3 8A 3F 0 0 0 BF Chip = DS18B20 Data = 1 8E 1 7F 80 7F FF 2 10 8D CRC=8D Temperature = 24.87 Celsius, 76.77 Fahrenheit No more addresses. ========================================

Fake sensor chip but seems to work OK

Robz0rApril 2025

Seems to work fairly well. However the sensor is NOT a genuine DS18B20 (see https://github.com/cpetrich/counterfeit_DS18B20, this is an A3 clone). I'm disappointed, as the sensor will not offer the accuracy of a real DS18B20
