8P/8C Screened RJ45 Plug to Suit Stranded cable - 10 Pack

Avoid this junk

The plugs do not work and easily pulls from the cable. Absolute waste of money!

These things are absolute garbage, if I could give zero stars, I would. They might click into position, but the plugs themselves are loose fitting and cause disconnections. Prepare for a whole world of pain if you decide to buy these. Buy them from somewhere else, I can't believe Jaycar even sell these horrid things.

Awful, wasted so much time

Purchased these to install 3 APs in my house, could not get 2 APs to connect, tried everything, even re-terminated the connections with more of these, until I tried a reputable from a decent supplier and suddenly all 3 work no issues. These should not even be stocked by Jaycar, quality is awful. DO NOT BUY THESE!

Extremely difficult to work with. Rubbish

Bought a pack of 50 2 days ago at Castle Hill shop. These are rubbish. The wires don't pass through and it is extremely difficult to attach to the cables. Almost $30 down the drain. I had to buy from another supplier that works AND LOW AND BEHOLD, IS ALSO CHEAPER

Not passthrough, works decently

These work alright, decent RJ45 plugs, not passthrough though. I do note that all the negative reviews on this product for some reason are for a different product entirely?

Fundamental cable holes are wrong

Do not fit. Will just give you hours of pain. FYI Has two pieces.
