This heavy duty, dual zone, fridge/freezer is built to last. Packed with features and enough space for extended remote trips, this model includes a separate lid for the fridge and freezer zones and runs on a reliable LG compressor. Suitable for 12 or 24 volt systems, the unit features a three-stage low-battery cut-out to prevent a flat or damaged vehicle battery. Other features include digital temperature controls, and low energy consumption. Thanks to the high density foam insulation, the fridge can provide temperatures down to -20°C. Finished in a sleek, durable stainless steel case, it includes sturdy handles for easy lifting. The unit is supplied with a power lead that plugs into a vehicle cigarette lighter socket and includes a Mains Power Adapter so the fridge can be run from a standard 240 volt power point.

High Quality/Long lasting
I have had my 80L Brass Monkey Fridge now for almost 3 years and have been increasingly impressed with its toughness and efficiency. The fridges bares a light load so i dont have to worry about it draining my battery too quickly. With the well renowned 'LG' compressor, this is a fridge that runs quietly on all modes and i expect it will last me many years to come. The metal case is also a great feature, the fridges feels solid and can be pumped or dented without ruining the integrity of the electrics.
Reliable Fridge with a Couple of Issues
I bought this unit thinking it was gonna be great for our alfresco. It's awesome for BBQ's and keeping drinks cool. The fact that it's got an LG compressor is a major plus. The control panel is located on the awkwardly located bottom of the fridge but the mobile app makes it easy to control temps/power consumption. Long term however, it does seem to rust on the left side handle on the exterior. The rust is not internal however, aesthetically isn't nice to look at. All in all, a great performing unit with a couple of flaws.
Very difficult to move on your own
I've had this for a few years now and it's been reliable as an overflow fridge freezer. It did come with rust included and was told i couldn't get warranty. I have also never been able to get the app to work. I wish i had gotten a plastic one.
