Does not fit genuine Deutsch connectors

Not even close. I needed a replacement male 2 pin Deutsch connector - the original was an 'actual' Deutsch, a DTM-02. I popped into my local Jaycar a I needed one in a rush and whilst I remarked to the guy working there that it looked a bit different, he assured me 'all Deutsch connectors are the same.' Well mate, they actually aren't. Hence, this part will not fit into the female connector I already have. Won't waste my time returning it, would cost me money to drive there and go through the process for a $7 part. If you have proper Deutsch brand connectors, don't use these ones.

Poor Quality wedges with rough edges, poor quality connectors in general.

Not good

the connector is not easily disassembled, the locking tab on the pin end is not easily removed, i have not been able to successfully install that tab to expose more than 2mm of pin. avoid and get a genuine solution.

Do not waste your time

Very thin and flimsy housing and the terminals are held in place by the same flimsy material so back out easily. The locking tabs do not fit well at all. Wasted time trying to get these to work. They are nothing like proper Deutsch connections

Check your deutsch connector size before purchase!

Warning for buyers looking to find deutsch connectors for standlone ecu systems, these are DT connectors not DTM. I made the mistake of buying a 4 pin connector which did not fit the DTM-4 class connector on my Haltech can system. Ended up using this new connector for a bridging connector instead. Make sure you are buying the correct deutsch class of connectors and pin sizes ie. DT / DTM

Poor

Don't waste your money. Usually have a good experience with jaycar stuff but these were terrible. Refer other reviews. Wish i checked the reviews first. Flimsy. Nothing crisp about them. Couldn't even assemble them.

Works fine

I messed up one of the crimps but was able to recover and use it. Other than that they worked fine for me. I could be wrong, but trying to use one spec of connector to connect to a different spec is possibly user.
