The fibreglass weave speaker cone is now supplied in black but it still retain its' outstanding performance that we are all accustomed to. The tweeters are still the original soft dome tweeter that provides clean, crisp sounds and maintains a natural and smooth balanced sound; nestled in an adjustable bracket for optimal sound trajectory. Virtually unchanged in design and performance, we have put our efforts in changing one thing; the price. Now at a more competitive price points; these coaxial speakers are great value for money topped with award winning performance.

Great 100mm coaxial

I used a pair of these in portable speaker project running 2.1. ( 50 rms x2 100 rms x 1 class d ) Whilst these are optimised for infinite baffle / car doors I used a couple of sealed enclosures of about 2 litres each. I run a high pass filter of 150hz and these speakers have a very linear response from 150hz to 10khz. Then a rise above that. Off axis response is good as well. At this price these drivers are bargain. Have very good fidelity beyond its price price range.
