Breaks within a month

Hissing noise when both 3.5mm and charging cable are plugged in. Join between the plug and the base breaks apart within a month, exposing the wires. Cheap price but wouldn't recommend

Poor quality, charging doesn't work. Avoid.

Bought it, audio works fine but the lightning charger part has very intermittent connection to the power coming in so you have to hold it pushed in. Tested the charge cords in the Iphone working just fine but not in the dongle. Upon closer inspection the housing of the female lightning port of the adapter is made of plastic, no wonder the indents aren't gripping the cable enough to make contact with the electrodes. Definitely avoid this one and spend your $20 elsewhere or get jiggy with a soldering iron and some DIY....
