Starting batteries only
I have 1 of these testers and it says you can test a AGM deep cycle batteries but has no setting to do so. They test starting batteries fine but other than that they are useless. Battery tested was a Powertech SB2560 12v 100aH AGM and was brand new.

Poor description of usage and settings.
I bought this tester to test my car battery and also my AGM deep cycle batteries and with the 2 letter codes the manual doesn't say what these codes are. CCA,DIN IEC.
No, I don't recommend this product.
